So when it came time to sell our current residence in Sandhurst, we had no hesitation in asking Michelle to act as our real estate agent. Michelle moved very quickly on organising things. Within a week of first contacting her, we had several potential buyers look at the house, a demonstration of her knowledge of the local market and of her connection with the buyers market. Within three weeks we had a signed Contract of Sale without having the house formally listed and without having an open house. A great outcome for us!

Michelle was honest upfront and gave me all the info I needed to make a decision on whether or not to sell. She gave me the space I needed to make the decision. She got me the best possible offer on my house which was important to me because it’s my only asset and I needed the best chance of a new start at a new stage of life.
