From start to finish, with every person that was involved, there was a 6 star professional attitude. Within half an hour of signing the contract, Michelle had arranged tradespeople, the staging company and the photographer. There was constant contact between OBriens and myself all the way through the process. They had 3 ppl through in 24 hours and 2 offers within 48 hours. The house was sold before the 1st open for inspection. The only minor issue I had was the final inspection by the purchaser. He was told that there was still 24 hours before settlement and that I still was in the middle of moving and had done no cleaning. He still made complaints. The issue I had was that he took photographs without my permission then contacted his conveyancer who sent them to my lawyer. The agent should never have allowed photos to be taken when I wasn't present and I did not give permission. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
