As soon as I met Michelle I knew she was the right agent for me. Whilst she was very professional & I realised that she had a lot of experience with a bright, bubbly personality she was at the same time very caring & understood straight away what I needed. I am an elderly lady living alone, wanting to move into a retirement village & Michelle made everything so easy for me. Her team of staff were excellent & helped every step of the way. I thought it was going to be a stressful process but they managed everything including delivering mail so I didn't need to use a computer. Wonderful!!
