Calm confidence with results that speak.
Selling our home 🏡 was the right choice as we step into a new chapter of our lives; but when emotional investment exists inside the walls that house our families & hearts it’s not always easy. Jared & Stephanie made the process one of assuring ease, confidence & clarity. I initially engaged Jared after recognising him as appearing as the top agent for our area under all testable search engines & features including AI technologies. Someone able to navigate SEO and promotion with this level of consistency over the same platforms that will be used to help buyers search for homes to buy seemed beyond the most reasonable conclusion for agent to handle the sale itself. Jared carried himself with a calm confidence & professionalism while remaining relatable, adaptable, welcoming & genuinely kind. Using gentle humour and leading with curiosity to help establish relations. Steph radiated warmth, compassion, forward thinking, openness & elegance with a welcoming smile & warmth that encourages approachability from buyers and sellers alike. As a team they both complimented and balanced our house sale in the most beautiful way. Jared & Steph empowered me through the sales process; working collaboratively to help me include personal touches within the marketing campaign. The power team were never pushy or sales heavy but instead led with integrity & care through every step. Clarity & ease through guidance while providing peace that everything was handled & in great hands. We achieved a sale price above what I had hoped for. Our home sold after just 6 days on the market & with settlement terms as we had hoped. The team worked swiftly but not with any less diligence. Concise & consistent communication through the team. I’d personally only sell with Jared in future after our experience; and look forward to working with both him & Steph as we look for our next home 🏡!
