Trying to sell a 2 bedroom unit in a market that suddenly became sluggish due to numerous unexpected rate rises resulting in nervous 1st home buyers, was way more difficult than I envisioned. However, I cannot thank Michelle and her team enough. She was upbeat and positive throughout the whole experience. When I was discouraged, cranky and considering taking the property off the market, Michelle hung in there. When she was unavailable, there was always an amazing team member to assist me. Whilst the decision on what to do was always mine to make, her advice was invaluable. When an offer fell through due to my mistake, Michelle didn't pause - her and her team just soldiered on to the next buyer. Whilst I've been a vendor on numerous occasions, I've never had an agent update me and be available to me so often - I appreciated that. So, if any prospective vendor is looking for an agent, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle and her fantastic team - you won't go wrong with them. A HUGE thank you to them all.

Overall, an extremely positive experience working with Michelle and her team. Michelle is by far the most professional real estate agent I've come across. I was particularly impressed with her responsiveness, follow up, knowledge, transparency and negotiation. She made things as seamless as possible, and kept me updated throughout the process.
