Michelle and her team have been fantastic right from the beginning. Lenny was so patient and supportive, as we were considering the next phase in our lives. Purchasing and moving to a new home was quite confronting after being in the same home for 29 years. However, Lenny helped to take the pressure away and make sure we are completely happy with our decision. His knowledge of the area, facilities and of course the home assisted with all our questions. I feel very confident that Michelle worked hard to get the best possible price for the property I recently listed with her. Her communications were fantastic, in that we had regular updates on activities without having to ask. She has a team of people behind her who also worked hard to ensure we were kept up to date, and also helped us with the property maintenance prior to sale. Michelle recently sold one of our properties within a few weeks , this property had been with another agent for 3 months … The Michelle difference; Michelle and her team always have time to update you and make sure you know every detail of what’s happening with your sale. She goes above and beyond to make sure as many potential buyers can see the property and always follows up on how inspections went. Michelle never put pressure on us to drop our price or take an offer, instead spent hours negotiation with buyers so we got a result we were thrilled with. After the sale the service has not stopped, Michelle and her team has keeper us up to date with the post sale things such as letting us know the building inspection went well and called once the sale was unconditional.
