Matt and his team handled the sale of our home in a very professional manner. We were overseas when it was all happening and the team managed the sale seamlessly considering distance and time zones. Terrific agent.
Matt Dewan and Obrien Cranbourne sold out property with only 2 opens. First meeting with Matt he told us what we could expect. Not only did he achieve this expectation but he did it with only 2 opens. No hassle no fuss. This is the second home he have sold with Matt and both times have been a great experience. Supportive and responsive.
Matt was available to answer questions and provide information whenever we contacted him. Sale of 36Limeburne Grove Botanic Ridge
We used Matthew Dewan & Brent Day to sell our home at 36 Limeburner Grove Botanic Ridge Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on Market Knowledge and how they promote their listings and relate to there clients. O'Brien Cranbourne stood out as the best candidate to list my house as the ticked the most boxes. I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings and would go above and beyond to sell my house. I spoke with Matt Dewan and then met with him at our home. He spent alot of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on positives and negatives in selling our property. We were concerned that our house, which was located in Settlers Run Golf course estate with a body corparte fee may make things more difficult . Matt Dewan made the process incredibly easy and always gave objective feedback good and bad and took extra steps many other Realtors would not do to gain sale of our property. i've recommended Matt Dewan & O'Brien Cranbourne Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it not always easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
