During our recent purchase we discovered that Daniel and his staff at O'Brien Real Estate had the best houses for sale in Cranbourne as they worked with their vendors to make the houses as presentable as possible. This has a benefit to: 1) You the buyer, as you're getting a much better home (which in our case meant we didn't have to do a thing!) 2) The vendor gets a better price. On second thought, maybe that's not such a good thing for the buyer... LOL, but I guess see point 1. Seriously though, Daniel was FANTASTIC and helpful throughout the process as we navigated the mine field of first home buying. Every night my wife and I look at our new home and we say to each other "I LOVE our new home!". Thanks Dan! 10/10 would buy OR sell through Dan and the Team.
