9-10 red ash close botanic ridge
Having inspected this property twice previously I felt it suited our requirements however believed it was overpriced. To Matts credit we were contacted again 3 weeks later to be advised that the property price was being changed and if we were still interested in putting in a offer. Due to the determination of the agency we decided to inspect the property again and this time made an offer. After negotiation we believe we paid a fair market price.

Matt & Brent were great to work with in the sale of our home. They got us fantastic offers with exceptional speed, without the games and fuss we have experienced with other agents. Within hours of our house being listed with Matt & Brent we had several interested parties booked in for inspections, before we had even advertised. Our house was sold for a great price, well above what we were asking, within a week. We would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area.
