Sandeep had already sold a few houses in our street and approached my husband as we were about to go on to the market with our house. We built a new house and were moving into it before we were considering putting the current house on the market and there were a few jobs that we wanted to do to attract new buyers. We also had another real estate agent in mind who we wanted to sell the house due to a family connection. We told all of this to Sandeep, but he was very persistent, and completely understood what we were trying to achieve. Then the COVID lockdown occurred. We were lucky enough to manage to have the work completed on the house as we had already vacated. Sandeep stayed in constant contact with us throughout the lockdown and showed empathy for our situation. He was very patient allowing us time to arrange cleaning and garden upkeep and eventually we decided to give him the opportunity to sell our loved home.
