Easy to work with and quick to respond
I had been searching for properties for around 6 months before settling for a property listed by Barry Plant Deer Park. I found Sandeep very easy to work with and punctual with arranged appointments. I appreciated when when he acknowledged needing to follow up on questions on the property with the owners or tenants and was quick to respond to questions once answers were obtained, typically on the same day. I found Sandeep knowledgeable on the area and easy to work with. Thanks for your assistance on this purchase Sandeep.

Professional and easy to deal with
Sandeep was professional in all aspects of the process and very knowledgeable regarding the Deer Park market trends.We were kept up to date on the thoughts of potential buyers of our property and it was sold very quickly.We would recommend him if you are buying/selling in the area, he was a delight to deal with.

A totally professional approach to house sale.
Immediate follow up from initial contact. Promised to have inspection from potential buyers within 7 days. 2 potential buyers inspected within 3 days with written offer received within 4 days which was eventual buyer of property. Sandeep was in contact on a daily basis and remained so even after sale. Market price quoted was considered realistic with sale at top end of range. Would not hesitate to recommend Sandeep to any potential seller of house property in this area as he knows the market very well.
