Andrews efforts to achieve a result for us were exemplary. Unfortunately the timing of the sale and the market climate were not conducive to an early sale. After theoretically selling the property, the sale fell over not once but twice due to a range of financial issues . We then asked for a cash purchaser rather than one subject to finance. Andrew then used the Keysborough office to assist with the sale. This made the process confusing for us as we did not receive any feed back from the agents who were supposedly acting on our behalf. Nor did they inform Andrew of the status of the sale. The communication between Keysborough and Frankston was also questionable. As a result of the sale we believe that Andrew should have received the majority of the agent's commission and the Keysborough agent a minor slice.
