A very personable lady with the knowledge and skills to "talk" to people in a friendly manner
This lady was given the task of selling my parents property in Karingal after, sadly, my mother passed. Tia was most gracious in the manner in which she addressed this matter with Lynette, Barry, Janine and Peter. Her conduct throughout the time leading up to a successful sale for us was exemplary. Communication skills were of the highest level. The staff who support Tia are very professional also and I have no hesitation in saying that when it comes time for Sue (my wife) and I to move on from our home in Croydon North I will be seeking the services of OBriens.

Hi..look no further than Tia Milne at O'Briens' Real Estate! Tia is the epitomy of professionalism, communication,knowledge of the market and friendliness!She took on a harder task than normal as I wanted to continue living at my property after it was sold...and she succeeded wonderfully. Caring and professional
Andrew treated the family with a great deal of kindness, care and respect in what was a difficult time for us all. He explained the whole process to us and was sensitive to our loss and uncertainty. We sold the home very quickly and were very pleased with the result. Andrew's team were very kind and easy to work with. We thank them for looking after us so well.

Incredibly Knowledgeable Agent!
I would highly recommend Tia. She kept me informed every step of the way and had a wealth of knowledge in relation to the changing market conditions. I was able to make an informed decision as to price and was happy with the outcome but was particularly pleased with the stress-free process as a first-time vendor. Tia was amazing
As my mum was looking to move into a retirement village she undertook the journey of selking her beloved home and Tia not only accomplished this task with ease but was kind, patient, understanding and extremely helpful through her expertise and skill to navigate my mum’s demands and reach a positive outcome. Tia also bought around her mum who spoke fluent Greek to help assist my mum in understanding the market, the changes it reflected in today’s world and also any legal documentation and their meaning. Overall l highly recommend Tia as she has the personality, knowledge and skill set that accompanies her vibrant personality.
