I have lived in Frankston for 50 years and knew Andrew Milne. was in the real estate business, but had not had the privilege of meeting him until in April 2016 he sold a house in our court and called in to advise of the sale and who would be moving in. Then in May he sold the house next to us, so in June on the passing of my mother-in-law we entrusted O'Briens real estate to sell her house, it took Andrew and his team 1 week to sell it.
