Could not recommend Andrew and his team at O'Briens Frankston enough ! In particular Michelle Ferguson ! They knew what I wanted for my Fathers Home and simply went out and got it . Had 3 offers all at the price range I wanted and 1 that exceeded my upper limit ! The house went on the market on a Friday night and we had 2 good offers by the Saturday lunch time !! Great job done by a great team !!

My family were in a position where we had to sell our mothers home as she needed to go into full-time care, it was a very emotional and difficult time for the family. Andrew Milne had dropped off his business card and other info at the house on a few occasions, on the day of our garage sale Andrew dropped in to see us and introduce himself. Andrew was sensitive to the situation and asked if he could come back when we were ready to begin the selling process. We were very impressed with his professionalism and invited him back the following week. Andrew put together a very good proposal and listened to what we had to say and our concerns, he came up with some good ideas that we believe were instrumental in the home being sold for a very good price.I also had three other local agents out for a valuation, these were all of a high standard but Andrew stood out with his knowledge of the local area, the market and his determination to get us a good price. Andrew introduced us to his colleague Jason Absolom who would assist Andrew with the marketing of the home. I knew of Jason through dealings with him 15 years ago and knew mum's home was in very good hands. The home was open for inspection the first Saturday that it was on the market, from that Open House we were told that there were three parties interested, Jason was in constant contact with me so I knew what was going on as it happened. On the Monday following the Open House we had an offer which we were thrilled with, the price was beyond our expectation and certainly higher that the other agents had quoted. The property settled in 30 days, Jason kept us informed during the whole process so we knew exactly what was going on. Our family were very impressed with Andrew's agency, Jason Absolom was brilliant and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Andrew and Jason. A job well done, thank you. Marina Ting and family.
