Michelle Winch brings a wealth of experience and expertise to OBrien Real Estate Property Management Department team. With over twenty five years of experience in residential, commercial and holiday rentals, Michelle cleverly balances the needs of all of her clients with her calm and professional manner. Michelle’s experience in managing large rental portfolio’s is apparent when dealing with her, and her passion for property management is unrivaled on the Peninsula. Growing up in Perth, Western Australia, Michelle commenced her career caring for properties on the million-dollar mile. Moving to the Peninsula with her husband and two beautiful daughters 15 years ago saw Michelle’s career go to the next level. Now balancing her career with her contribution to several local committees, Michelle is focused on delivering outstanding service with a personal touch!

With a background of business management within the customer service hospitality industry, transitioning into her Property Manager role within Real Estate several years ago was a perfect fit. Christine’s customer focus drive coupled with outstanding communication values is what makes her a top choice Property Manager for tenants and landlords. With a strong passion for the job, thriving on the variation of every day’s tasks and striving for a successful outcome in every situation is why Christine continues working hard for her clients. Being local to the Mornington Peninsula Christine understands and thoroughly enjoys working with its outstanding community, its local market and all of the wonderful people. On her days off Christine loves to enjoy the stunning surrounds of the Peninsula and what it has to offer with her beautiful family and dogs. Christine’s mission is always to create a smooth transition through the entire process of renting for both tenant and landlord.

About Angela

Angela has lived all her life on the Peninsula, being raised in Rye and now calling Rosebud home. Angela has a broad knowledge of the local area and has seen the changes our seaside town of Rye has gone through, watching it grow to a larger wonderful, caring community. Angela loves to spend time with her 4 children and her grandchildren and feels blessed that they all live close by. Angela's daughters are involved in netball and tennis and her grandsons are involved in football and cricket. Angela loves to travel overseas but always loves to come home to the beautiful Peninsula. Having worked in real estate fro many years Angela brings experience and knowledge of the area which is advantageous as a member of the OBrien Rye team.
