If you live in the West and are considering selling a house you would be crazy to go with anyone else. I have delt with a lot of agents over the last 12 months and Alex and the team are next level. All agents are great at selling you the dream but the key difference with O'brien is that they deliver on everything they say. They are professional, organised, on time, thorough and make the whole process a breeze. The number one point of difference is communication. Alex called me after every inspection with an update on how many groups went through and I was always across the interest level and buyer feedback. On auction day, the team showed up as one and worked together to get the best outcome. I was still surprised when the price cruised well above the reserve but I shouldn't have been. The team had put so much into the campaign that the result was always going to go that way. I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Alex and the team to anyone.
