Whilst I know he was working for the owners, he did a lot of hard work to allow us and the owners to reach a mutually agreed price for the settlement of the property. There was a lot to'ing and fro'ing at first and I saw Glenn's genuine desire, integrity and passion during this difficult negotiation process without the hard sell that normally comes when buying a property. I would recommend OBrien Real Estate. Alex was fanastic my house was on the market for only 3 weeks and sold on auction day after successfully negotiated with the buyer after it was passed in. The weather was terrible I was it stressed Alex always assured on the day and leading up to the sale dont worry it will sell. It definitely sold.
