I would without question recommend Glenn at O’Brien Real Estate to all friends and family. He was exceptional with the sale of our investment property and his work ethic was second to none, he is a true professional. Although the property didn’t sell at auction, I was still very happy with the process to get the result I got shortly after which was a price that I was hoping for at the auction any way. Rest assured, Glenn does everything he can to get you the best price, I was not pushed to sell at auction, and getting the best price was the only thing he strived for. Glenn and Alex helped us prepare and sell our family home for our ‘dream’ price. It was very emotional and stressful time for my husband and I and both guys showed a lot of patience and understanding when we were re-telling them family stories and/or asking the same questions over and over again! They came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared and this attitude lasted throughout the entire process right until the day we signed the final sale contract. Right from the beginning they were transparent with their fees, expectations from us and what we should expect from them. For every phone call we made or email we sent to Glenn, he responded as soon as he was available. Both, Glenn and Alex were willing to meet us late in the evening and alternate inspection days and times to accommodate our work schedules. We relied heavily upon their knowledge, opinion and advice and we don’t feel disappointed. They were extremely helpful in explaining the entire process and relieved a lot of our stress.
