I believe My parents home in yankalilla was undersold quite substantially and also in a very short time frame. We were told to sell it prior to Christmas??? My dealings with OC were not positive unfortunately. After having my parents house on the market for only a few days and no show to the first open house ( which I’m told isn’t unusual when a property first goes on the market) the agents advised us to drop the asking price by 50,000. I am local to the area and most people I know were unaware that the property was on the market. I was against this and advised the agents to wait . Fortunately we did. However when there is more than one family member involved majority rules and the house was sold soon after for much less than I thought it was worth . This is my opinion only and my personal review of the agents involved. I did not feel supported or heard in any way by the agents regarding the process of selling my parents property. I will not be using this company again

The Willunga OC team was terrific to deal with nothing was too much trouble. However as a property investment buyer my experience was greatly tarnished when it came to dealing with one of the Lonsdale OC property management team members. This person was pressuring in her approach and inflexible in her communications with me from day one. This negative interaction has prompted me to manage the property myself or go with an independent real estate property manager. Don't recommend other investment buyers deal with Lonsdale OC if they are treated the way I was. Extremely disappointed.
