However as a property investment buyer my experience was greatly tarnished when it came to dealing with one of the Lonsdale OC property management team members. This person was pressuring in her approach and inflexible in her communications with me from day one. This negative interaction has prompted me to manage the property myself or go with an independent real estate property manager. Don't recommend other investment buyers deal with Lonsdale OC if they are treated the way I was. Extremely disappointed.
