David and his team , big shout out to Karen , helped organise gardeners , cleaners trades etc to present our house beautifully. They were always easily contactable and provided well presented information regarding the current market. David was always positive and provided great immediate feedback after each open inspection. We took his advice regarding pricing , presentation and the number and timing of open for inspections. We were very happy that he succeeded in selling the house very quickly by conducting negotions without delay with all parties involved. Overall it turned out that the selling of our house was a lot less daunting than expected with the help of David and his team at OC.

In 2021 we downsized from our 10-acre property in Sellicks Hill. Nick's marketing proposal was professionally presented and comprehensive and as such we chose Nick from Ouwens Casserly out of 3 potential agents. We had no hesitation in engaging Nick and his team as our real estate agent as being local, they had a great understanding of the local market and set real expectations for us. The service then was exceptional and as such we engaged Nick and his team in January this year to sell a home for us in Willunga.
