Outstanding experience

We bought our little parcel of bliss thanks to OC and Nick.
We found Nick to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He liaised between us and the seller to make the move in smooth as possible which can be a very hectic and stressful event. Nick even offered to attend site on his day off to allow us to take measurements prior to moving in, which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be using Ouwens Casserly in the future.

Open, honest, professional & genuine !
I just purchased a home with David. From the onset David was incredibly responsive and clear to understand. I always felt he was doing the best by his vendors and the purchasers. During the process he was very easy to deal with and made the whole process a positive experience, at a time that can be quite stressful. Once the sale was finalized David was genuinely excited for me. The team he has to assist him were very helpful also. I would 100% recommend David to both Vendor's and purchasers.

Sold within a week !
David and his team , big shout out to Karen , helped organise gardeners , cleaners trades etc to present our house beautifully. They were always easily contactable and provided well presented information regarding the current market. David was always positive and provided great immediate feedback after each open inspection. We took his advice regarding pricing , presentation and the number and timing of open for inspections. We were very happy that he succeeded in selling the house very quickly by conducting negotions without delay with all parties involved. Overall it turned out that the selling of our house was a lot less daunting than expected with the help of David and his team at OC.
