First time dealing with Nick Van Vleit who turned up to the real estate interviews with a strong marketing plan A professional approach and a very good sense of humour. Nick's plan was to go to private treaty over a three week period including styling and photos. Due to Covid we were delayed by two weeks, this did not faze Nick and his marketing plan at all he adjusted adapted and manage to make everything work! Nick then wanted us to look at going to auction. I have to say I was dubious of the changing plan and going down this road but Nick reassured us on several occasions that this was the way to go.
