First time dealing with Nick Van Vleit who turned up to the real estate interviews with a strong marketing plan A professional approach and a very good sense of humour. Nick's plan was to go to private treaty over a three week period including styling and photos. Due to Covid we were delayed by two weeks, this did not faze Nick and his marketing plan at all he adjusted adapted and manage to make everything work! Nick then wanted us to look at going to auction. I have to say I was dubious of the changing plan and going down this road but Nick reassured us on several occasions that this was the way to go. After excepting the change Nick went about making sure that everything was in place to make this happen. As they say the rest is history, Nick got us a phenomenal price for our property! I would certainly recommend Nick to anyone that was selling a house and I would also have no hesitation in having him as my agent either as a seller of my property or if I was buying a property Nick truly is a honest down to earth guy with an amazing sense of what the market is doing. Damien sold my current family home and he has kept in touch via phone calls, text messages and e-mails along with seasonal greetings. This kept Damien on top of my mind when selling one of my investment properties, I had other agents offer to sell my property however they were not in line with market rates, suburb knowledge the sale price proposed was over $200,000 below what the current market was selling at. Damien's realistic sale price proposed was based on his previous sales in the current climate and location which was attractive for me to go ahead with the selling of the property. Aside from price, this property faced us with the challenge of a newly signed 12-month lease which was not ideal for people that are willing to pay over the market price to move in, Damien professionally navigated the communications with tenants to negotiate an outcome that worked for all three parties, buyer, vendor myself and the tenants to get a result that suited everyone to make the sale which added extra layers of complexity to the execution of the sale. I'm happy to refer Damien to any of my families or friends and I'm always happy to have Damien sell my other properties in the future, just the peace of mind Damien gives by keeping me updated with every step of the process, explaining clearly of the process and asking for my feedback and confirmation before continuing.
