Damien sold my current family home and he has kept in touch via phone calls, text messages and e-mails along with seasonal greetings. This kept Damien on top of my mind when selling one of my investment properties, I had other agents offer to sell my property however they were not in line with market rates, suburb knowledge the sale price proposed was over $200,000 below what the current market was selling at.
