We first met Nick outside the OC office in Willunga, we had been for dinner and wandered over for a look in the window to see what was for sale, we were looking for an investment to buy. Nick came out of the office and had a quick chat, he was very helpful. We bought a property from another real estate agent in McLaren Vale, wasn’t a good experience. After some renovations we listed the unit for sale with Nick and it sold after a couple of opens. It was very refreshing to have a stress free listing and sell so fast, we are both very happy with the outcome. What can we say? Nick, Shanti and the team came through for us again. This is the 4th property Nick has handled for my family (2nd for us) and he delivered with all guns blazing.
