This gentleman provided realistic valuation even in a unique high end product market with few comparable sales. He provided extremely regular feedback re potential buyers, buyers feedback and price expectations, eliminated tyre kickers, reiterated pro's and cons of property and price point. The company provided weekly feedback reports as well as verbal. Alistair completed open houses very professionally and spent extra time with real potential buyers. We (property developers) will use him and his firm again. Unable to fault him.
