When my hb and I first engaged Alistair we were looking at putting an offer on our dream property that was listed with out a price. Alistair’s market knowledge and negotiation skills were formidable as he managed to negotiate a great price on the property we wanted and was the reason we were successful in purchasing it. We had a daunting task of getting our villa on the market with three kids under 7 and my hb overseas. Mark and Michael were a formidable team working tirelessly to secure an outstanding result on the sale of this property. From the initial interview with Mark, right through to the signing of the contract, both Mark and Michael were not only always available to answer the myriad questions in a complex sales preparation process, they seemed to always be able to preempt every issue and have answers and solutions at hand. Nothing was ever too hard, or too complex. All of Mark's advice and suggestions were spot on. The outcome perfectly matched his expectations based on both his and external market evidence.
