wonderfully attentive agent
Nick Van Vliet was was incredibly diligent from our initial contact with him, and maintained this level of communication throughout our buying journey. He was knowledgeable about the property and guided us thoroughly through the logistical steps, leaving us informed and confident about the process at all times. Totally recommend
Our experience with selling our home in Seacliff Park and moving to a Retirement Village in McLaren Vale has been totally positive. Nick and Tristan kept us completely informed during the whole process. The price we received at auction ( which Nick conducted ) was excellent and both Nick and Tristan gave us excellent advice and encouragement during that time. Brilliant agent who went beyond the call of duty
From the first time we met him James displayed a deep commitment to doing his very best to sell our house without ever being pushy or over zealous. He is a fantastic communicator, contacting us frequently and making us feel that we were being kept in the loop at all times. He explained all processes for the marketing and selling of the house via auction and guided us through all options and "what ifs". Consistently Reliable Agent
This is our second time selling a property with Mark. The first time Mark got an extremely good price beyond our expectations through clever negotiations within first week of opens. This time the price was well below what we expected, but this result was not due to any lack of effort on Mark's behalf, purely overcapitalization on our behalf.
