Mark and Michael were a formidable team working tirelessly to secure an outstanding result on the sale of this property. From the initial interview with Mark, right through to the signing of the contract, both Mark and Michael were not only always available to answer the myriad questions in a complex sales preparation process, they seemed to always be able to preempt every issue and have answers and solutions at hand. Nothing was ever too hard, or too complex. All of Mark's advice and suggestions were spot on. The outcome perfectly matched his expectations based on both his and external market evidence. The best part was finding very quickly that I was totally comfortable saying: "I'll leave that to you. I trust you." Mark is a commensurate diplomat and negotiator. I would highly recommend Alistair Louden as the agent of choice when it comes to selling my property. I felt at ease through the entire sales campaign due to Alistair’s professionalism, knowledge, expertise and confidence in selling real estate.
