An experienced campaigner
With 35 years’ experience behind him, there’s not much Tony hasn’t seen in real estate, and we found that a real plus. In an uncertain market (due to COVID-19), Tony was very reassuring to deal with, and kept us fully abreast of developments. His negotiating skill also came in handy at the auction to improve the sale price by $40k. One of the reasons I chose Tony was that I felt we would get extra attention from a smaller agency, and that was certainly the case.

Tony opened the door to a very new chapter in my life
Tony is an extremely approachable, personable and honest family man. A refreshing approach to a journey I found quite daunting and stressful. So Tony thank you very much for everything you did for my son and I. You found us a home; a feeling that I cannot really put words to. You went beyond selling me just a home, you put me in contact with a wonderful 'tribe' of people that made touches to the place to make it my home; so thank you again I would highly recommend Tony and you will certainly not regret going private and niche versus a larger organisation.

Very professional and knowledgeable of the local area
Very good communicate skills, has a good ‘feel’ for what both sellers and buyers expect and therefore provides a non emotional link to both. From a sellers perspective - the quiet confidence Tony promotes gives a lot of confidence in the sale process. Highly recommended.
