Liam met all of our expectations as agent for selling our home. He kept us informed every step of the way, is easy to communicate with, always available to take our calls, acted professionally and thoughtful in giving us advice along the way. We sold the house in the expected timeframe and price point and in a very difficult market, he certainly did his job well! We would be very happy to recommend him .

After spending a long time on the market with another agency during difficult market conditions, we decided to take a break before relaunching our property with Liam at One Agency Elite Property Group. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Liam's genuine connection to Berry, having grown up in the area, gave him a deep understanding of both the local market and the community. From the outset, he was respectful of our goals and took the time to understand what was important to us. His honest advice, professionalism, and fresh approach gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Liam kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and worked tirelessly to achieve a fantastic outcome. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication and couldn't be happier with the result. We highly recommend Liam and the team at One Agency Elite Property Group to anyone looking to sell their property.

I highly recommend Robert Gooch from One Agency. As a local agent in Badagarang his knowledge of the area was invaluable in finding the right buyer. He went above and beyond to assist us especially whilst we were travelling in remote areas with limited access. We truly appreciate their efforts and dedication and would be very happy to recommend them for buying or selling property.

We highly recommend Rob and his team at One Agency Elite. From our first meeting, their dedication was obvious. Despite a cooling market, low buyer sentiment, and dropping auction rates, Rob pivoted effortlessly, adjusting his strategy on the fly as conditions shifted. They exceeded all expectations, secured the perfect family for our much-loved family home, and wrapped up an expedient sale. Communication and dedication was top-notch throughout. They truly live up to the "Elite" in their name!
