Don’t Make The Same Mistake I Did...Go Straight To Pete

I did my due diligence and had narrowed my search down to two agents to sell my house. Initially I went with the biggest agency in town, believing because they had the biggest agency in town they would be most likely to sell my home fast. Boy was I wrong. Over 25 inspections and 60 days later we had not one confirmed offer. I was then being pressured by the agents to lower my price to $30,000 less than they advised me they could get. That’s when I did what I should have done 60 days earlier and gone with Pete Angle. Pete was incredible and all over every detail and just 9 days after taking over the listing had a solid contract at exactly the price I was hoping for. Fantastic!

Pete and Keryn were absolutely fantastic through the whole inspection and purchasing process. It wasn't easy trying to buy a house during COVID19 and being stuck in NSW. They provided constant support and assistance through phone calls, face-timing and emails etc. I feel like it would not have been as smooth without their assistance.

Professional and Helpful
