Mark Thornton and his team did an amazing job selling the house (trustee of estate). I met with Mark in the house with my family before the selling process commenced and he was respectful of the fact that the house belonged to people we loved. He was very understanding and ensured that all our needs were met. His people skills are excellent and very people friendly. Each time I had a conversation on the phone, in house meeting or meeting in the office he was always professional and efficient. His team were equally amazing. Every single time there was an open inspection or communication email, it was done with the upmost professionalism and care. I noted how well each of his staff too pride in the way they dressed for the open inspections. One aspect I would like to accentuate is just how people-centered his work is. He puts people first and ensures all needs are met. Well done to Mark and his team. I would definitely choose Mark and his team again and would recommend to people.
