He assisted in lining up some trades people to finalise a project we were working on before sale (given it was around Christmas, this was proving to be quiet difficult, but with Marks connections we had the job done within a week of enquiry) Given the project being finished, Mark was able to maximise on our sale price. We decided to place the property on the market early January. One Agency had photography, advertising, sale board, and inspections all organised within 4 days. We then had several offers after our first open and accepted an offer just 11 days later. I would highly recommend Mark, Letichia and the One Agency team when you decide to make the move to sell.
