After comparing a number of local agents, we engaged John and Sallyann to sell a rental property in Wauchope. Living interstate we needed a knowledgeable team to lead us through the local processes. We were blown away with the down to earth service and additional support offered. There was complete transparency at all stages, John, Sallyann and their team went the extra mile for us. The team were able to secure a sale price well above what we were aiming for and in record time. We can’t thank John, Sallyann and their team enough for their assistance throughout the process. Would definitely use them again.

We're interstate investors who had never visited Port Macquarie before purchasing a development in Thrumster. We decided to fly from Melbourne to meet Sallyann and John Thomas in person. They were highly recommended to us and have not failed to deliver with their market knowledge, professionalism and friendly rapport. We've had some hairy times during this sale due to Covid lockdowns affecting both states of NSW and VIC but Sallyann and her team delivered the goods with an exceptional sales price. Well done guys - we look forward to catching up with you in 2022 for a celebration lunch in Port! Thanks so much - highly recommend this agent and the team at One Agency Wauchope.

We can’t thank Kirsty enough for helping us purchase our first home, the whole process has been easy having her help us along the way. Her knowledge has been amazing with things we haven’t understood and she has always been just by the phone with any questions we have had. Thanks again Kirst

Kirsty and the team at One Agency literally went above and beyond! Kirsty gave great advice from the minute she stepped into our home on how to achieve the best result, the team created an amazing marketing campaign which in return resulted in a very quick sale at a price we would never have expected. Kirsty is an asset to the One Agency team and I cannot wait to see what else she achieves in the future. There are no words to describe the gratitude we feel towards Kirsty and the amazing result she has achieved. Very cliche, but this is a dream come true for our little family!

We leased out our investment property for a short time through one agency and found the whole team to be passionate and professional and only wished we have invested in their business sooner. Sallyann made the process of selling our investment property completely stress free. She organised everything promptly and communicated with us and our conveyancer at any time of the day. She was knowledgeable and reassuring. Our property was sold quickly and for our asking price. We have not hesitated to recommend One Agency and Sallyann for renting, buying or selling a property and look forward to using her expertise again in the future. Thankyou!

After the sale of our current home thanks to Sallyann, we've also worked with her in the process of buying our new home, which she had the perfect house in her database for our little family to purchase. We got it at a great price all thanks to Sallyann's skill, and we could not be any more happier or thankful for all her amazing hard work to make this happen for us.
