As a result, she was able to come up with pragmatic solutions that addressed all issues, a true testament to her expert knowledge of the local area and the reason why she's one of if not the best agent in Port Macquarie. Her commission was very competitive and she also attended the units with her professional photographer to ensure the best photos were taken for the advertisements. She also recommended a local building inspector, a local conveyancer and a local staging business to assist with building inspections and selling of the property. Both units were sold in LESS THAN A WEEK for a awesome prices that we couldn't be happier with!! I honestly wish we had more properties in the area to sell and the entire process with Sallyann has been an absolute pleasure.
