We had Sallyann take care of the sale of our current home and we are so glad we did, she has been so wonderful and helpful to work with, no question too big or small. Super professional and kept us up to date with everything going on in the sale. Our house was sold before even making it to market and for above asking price too and that's all thanks to Sallyann and her hard work. We would recommend Sallyann and her team from One Agency time and time again to anyone looking to sell or buy.

I have had the pleasure of engaging SallyAnn to assist in the sale of a duplex in Wauchope. SallyAnn is the consummate professional and very knowledgeable of the surrounding market. SallyAnn kept me fully informed throughout the marketing and sale process and worked tirelessly to ensure a win - win sale for myself and the new owners. I would highly recommend SallyAnn to anyone in the Wauchope area.

I am an out of town investor who was looking to sell a property I had in Wauchope. Sallyann was recommended to me and having net her she has been an absolute superstar through out the process. Available, contactable and very communicative. When there was bad news she told me quickly and we worked together to achieve an outcome that I am absolutely thrilled with. If you are looking to sell your property and want someone who is as focused on you as getting the best outcome then Sallyann is your agent. I am very happy with the sales outcome and would use her again if I was ever investing in the area.

Sallyanne is a Knowledgeable agent and the communication during the entire sale process was above and beyond our expectations. Sallyanne acted as our eyes and ears on the ground in Thrumster as we live in Melbourne. She identified non-conformances during handover and followed up the builder to rectify, Sallyanne cared about our properties like it was her own. The entire process was so easy as Sallyanne recommended local a building inspector, conveyancer and dealt with them directly. If you want an agent that goes above and beyond and achieves amazing results sallyanne is your agent!! Our property was sold in less then a week on the market!!

Amazing Agency!!! Sallyann was our eyes and ears on the ground as were locked in Victoria during COVID. She always displayed the utmost professionalism, and really listened to what we were aiming to achieve even down to the smallest detail. As a result, she was able to come up with pragmatic solutions that addressed all issues, a true testament to her expert knowledge of the local area and the reason why she's one of if not the best agent in Port Macquarie. Her commission was very competitive and she also attended the units with her professional photographer to ensure the best photos were taken for the advertisements. She also recommended a local building inspector, a local conveyancer and a local staging business to assist with building inspections and selling of the property. Both units were sold in LESS THAN A WEEK for a awesome prices that we couldn't be happier with!! I honestly wish we had more properties in the area to sell and the entire process with Sallyann has been an absolute pleasure. If you are looking for someone to sell your property I cannot recommend Sallyann and the team at One Agency enough!!!!
