Amazing Agency!!! Sallyann was our eyes and ears on the ground as were locked in Victoria during COVID. She always displayed the utmost professionalism, and really listened to what we were aiming to achieve even down to the smallest detail. As a result, she was able to come up with pragmatic solutions that addressed all of our issues/concerns, a true testament of her expert knowledge of the local area and the reason why she's one of if not the best agent in Port Macquarie. Her commission was very competitive and she also attended the unit with her professional photographer to ensure the best photos were taken of the unit for the advertisement. She also able to recommend a local building inspector, a local conveyancer and a local staging business to assist with building inspections and selling of the property. The unit was sold in LESS THAN A WEEK for an awesome price that we couldn't be happier with!! If you are looking for someone to sell your property I cannot recommend Sallyann and the team at One Agency enough!!!!

Sallyann was so helpful in the lead up to marketing and selling our duplexes before completion. Sallyann kept us constantly informed of what the market was doing and when the best time was to market the properties which once marketed sold within weeks. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we are so grateful for Sallyann's expertise and have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking for realestate agent services.

SallyAnn was introduced to me to sell my property in Wauchope. As I am an out of State investor I had no idea how the process works and the issues involved with dealing with tenants in NSW when Wanting to sell. SallyAnn has gone the extra mile time and time again. She’s negotiated with council for me to fix an issue with a water meter, she’s the tenant whisperer with militant tenants who didn’t want to allow home opens and she has delivered into the sale price I was looking for within a few weeks of the property going on the market. I would highly recommend SallyAnn to anyone who is looking for a Realestate agent in the Great Port Macquarie sales area.

Sallyann is so in tune with the market, that i believe she knew no. 45 was suitable for me from the start. She was very patient while i looked around, unsure whether to settle for the first house i saw. i am very pleased and excited now that i have come full circle. Sallyann has quietly supported me in every possible way and i am very grateful for her calm and reassuring ways.
