Adrian, Carly and Taylor were great to deal with from the start. They are all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us wherever they could. Adrian and his team have demonstrated professionalism and high standard in client services. The warm welcome by him and two other staff provided relax environment at the inspection of the property. He was approachable and showed his enthusiasm to assist, especially at the second encounter. Adrian best attribute was in producing a fantastic event at the auction. I had never been to any property auction as a bigger deal as this one. Free espresso coffee served from a coffee van to have with delicious cleverly made cakes, lollies, bottled water and the the rest of it brought out fun atmosphere to ease the nerves leading to the auction. As with all large transactions in life, we were nervous on the sale of our house. Yes, it is currently a strong market. Yes, were in a great area for families. Yes, we had a neat family home to sell. But what sort of money would we get, will others like our home, is it what others want - after all it was our family home for 10 years. We were renting our house with another agent in town. Had met Adrian a couple of years before when he valued our property for that agency and asked for him to sell for us.
