Outstanding experience
Chris made the whole process of selling our home so easy. He is very professional but his manner is easy going, making dealing with him a delight. Chris was able to sell our home within our required time frame and for a very favorable price outcome. We would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Chris provided a very friendly and professional service from start to finish of the selling process
Chris made the whole process of selling the property very easy. He provided what ended up being a very accurate estimate of what the property would sell for. Suggested and organised the trades people to do some minor painting and rectification works. He performed the final sales negotiations quickly while keeping us in the loop at all times. The Bittersweet Sale
Due to personal reasons we had to sell our house, we needed an agent with compassion who understood that we really didn’t want to sell our home. Michael from One Agency Forestville was the perfect candidate, not only did he offer experience and expertise in his field but he was totally respectful, guiding us through the sale process. Michael and his OneAgency provided excellent advice and services. Michael is an experienced and excellent real estate professional. He provided accurate, current information and advice throughout the whole selling process. His assessment of the market value was spot on and he doesn’t provide an inflated value of the property in order to win the business, like some other agents are inclined to do. He was professional throughout the sales process!
