Job well done
I found Lene very easy to. deal with , always happy to answer questions , and attentive without being pushy . She had suggestions for marketing that proved to be appropriate , and was always supportive . We may have sold for a little less than I had hoped , but in the present market I count myself very lucky to have sold at all . Well done , Lene .

Good With a Broom
Nat was terrific, she went above and beyond and pitched in to lend a hand when we really needed it. She is dependable, honest and has a great sense of humour which made an otherwise stressful time more bearable. like a dog with a bone.
natalie was relentless in what became a very difficult period in the property market,you will be right she kept saying, while not doubting her nerves and stress levels were increasing as we had an overseas holiday booked! but like a dog with a bone would not let go, with 48 hours to go before we leave for our holiday we heard the words we were waiting for, you are right it is sold!!!!! natalie felt our nerves our stress levels and I think even she was having the odd sleepless nights!thank you so much natalie ,pete & suezanne.

Experience counts in a tough market
With the market falling it was important we used an agent with experience and expertise in negotiating, Nat had both of these qualities.
