Fast and efficient
We applied with Ray White Douglas one day and were approved for the property the next day! Very fast and Tarnya and the rest of the people at Ray White Douglas that we have spoken to have all been lovely and helpful. As interstate renters the process has never been this smooth before so we appreciate it a lot.

Excellent and prompt service
As new potential renters to the Townsville region we were getting quite despondent about the whole process - phone calls, emails not being returned, misinformation, etc. Tarnya and the team at Ray White Douglas were the exception, however, and were efficient, practical and helpful in every way. We are very grateful and excited to move into our new rental property - thanks again.
