I purchased my home from Nicole in 2010 so it was natural that we then asked her to sell it this year for us. In the 10 years between we have sought advice from Nicole several times and she has always been so quick to answer and friendly to deal with - it's like having a best friend help you! In this crazy 2020 we thought we'd have terrible difficulty selling but Nicole had it done and dusted in less than 2 months. Nicole goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best sale possible. Nicole had been keeping in touch with me by email over the last few years to keep me advised of the property trends in the area so I chose to have her sell our investment property. From beginning to end, the sale was handled extremely well. There were quite a few problems along the way but I was always kept informed and communication was professional. As we live in a different state, I relied on the advice given to allow me to make informed choices. Whilst I was disappointed in the sale price, the errors made by the previous real estate agency's poor handling of the rental situation meant that the sale did not go ahead before the start of COVID-19. We made the best of a bad situation that was outwith Nicole's control and I feel that her handling of the difficulties gave us the best outcome possible.

Nicole had been very realistic in suggesting possible repairs to increase chances of a sale. She had been very communicative right through the sale. This was very important since I reside in Melbourne and the onset of COVID restricted my travel to Townsville. Nicole is a polite woman and it was a pleasure to deal with her during the sale. Nicole has been amazing during our purchase.
