House sold in under 3 weeks!
Nicole and her staff were very professional and helpful through the entire process of the sale of our house. She gave us real and honest feedback about pricing and staging of the house and went above and beyond to market our property. She liaised with the tenants in our property and our other real estate to make sure the sale of the house was smooth while tenanted. We loved her confidence and knowledge of the Douglas area. Due to Nicole's marketing, our house sold really quickly. We were very happy with Nicole and her staff's level of service and would highly recommend them.

Our Review on Ray white Douglas
We had a fantastic experience with Ray white in Douglas. Nicole was extremely professional and made sure we felt comfortable and okay through every part of the process in selling our house. Selling your house, especially when you don't have much time to do it in is very stressful but with Nicole it wasn't. We always were kept in the loop and always felt very informed and very relaxed with the whole process. I would definitely recommend anyone who is selling to have Nicole Plozza as there agent if they want the best possible outcome and wants someone who not only will be able to sell your home but show people the value of the lifestyle they are getting when they live there.

I have always heard that Nicole was the best - the best is an understatement for Nicole.
From the moment Nicole stepped foot into our apartment we knew she was the right person for the job. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She informed us the market, and where she thought we should market our property at. Within 72 hours it was sold! The entire process was easy, efficient and this is why Nicole Plozza is the best in the business.

Absolutely excellent agent
Had seen a couple of other real estate agents before meeting Nicole and my granddaughter and I were both really happy with her whole outlook and her help in explaining a lot of stuff we were unsure about. She was very helpful in suggesting other options that we hadn't looked at and actually ended up going with one of these options that we were more than pleased with. If I am ever looking to buy again in Townsville Nicole will be my first port of call.
