We selected David after meeting with 3 other agents and our reason was simple. No embellishment just a straight forward partnership where he kept us informed. His marketing was fun & appeals to the market. The video approach was a great touch and really showcased the Property. If you are looking to sell as we did within a few days call David. He is the best. Vicki & David

Stuart was straight to the point throughout our dealings, no nonsense, realistic valuation and very professional. Great to deal with and would use him again. I have already recommended to a few friends who are selling. And on top it saved me nearly $10k in commission. Very happy with the outcome.

David is a good communicator, knowledgeable about the real estate market and very responsive to his clients needs. David made the process so easy, nothing was a problem. He was very attentive and genuine in his dealings with me. I would not hesitate to recommend David represent sellers or buyers in real estate. As a buyer myself I found David to be reliable and up-front.

Enjoyable. That is my one word to sum up working with David. With David we got energy, honesty and good old hard work. David was very respectful towards our tenant who was living in the house during the sale period and will remain there. Couldn't recommend him high enough - thank you David, was a pleasure working with you.

David was full of energy and enthusiasm for the sale of our unit. He was down to earth and extremely relatable. His passion for the sale of our unit was above and beyond. He was always available for our questions and guided us through our 1st sale of a property. My husband and I highly recommend him.

We bought our house through David. On the first weekend after we moved in, we were visited by our neighbour who told us that there was an existing dispute over our property line encroaching on theirs, and they wanted us to pay to move the boundary fence. The neighbour had advised David directly of this by sharing the surveyor's report but he didn't pass on the information on to us. Also, the neighbour was about to start on a very noisy 10 month renovation project, which impacts us as we work from home. Drilling started at 7am this morning, it is a nightmare, the seller of the house was aware and presumably also David via the neighbour, but again he didn't tell us. The pool had a pool safety certificate, but we found out on the first day the pool gate doesn't lock - massive safety hazard - good thing our kids aren't toddlers or I'd have hit the roof. Feel thoroughly lied to. No stars for David.

David went above and beyond to ensure we got our dream property. David was very professional from our first viewing of the property right through to settlement day.

David communicated well, was open honest and realistic and ensured my tenants were informed throughout the process. Couldn't have hoped for an easier sale :)
