I found Stewart to be very professional, thorough and most importantly supportive throughout the entire process of selling our property through his business and purchasing another property through a different agency. We had a number of moving parts with our sale and purchase and at no time did I feel pressured by Stewart to sign a contract. He always provided fair and frank advice and gave us time and space to make our own decisions. Initially, I had some reservations listing with a new firm, as I thought this would limit prospective buyers. This was unfounded as Stewart was able to find a buyer very quickly for our property at a price we were happy with. Added to all this you can't walk past his commission rate of 1%. This was a saving of over 10k for us. That in it self is more than enough reason to recommend One Percent Property Sales, but Stewart presents a very professional run operation, delivering everything and more that the established agencies are providing at a third of the cost. I would recommend Stewart and One Percent Property Sale without hesitation and would use this business again if selling in the future.
