During the initial valuation Aaron provided a lot of useful advice on how to present the property to look it's best and explained a great strategy on how to market it. Once it was listed, he provided continuous feedback on the interest from buyers. On the same day as the open home, we had three offers, all above asking price. I appreciated that he provided a lot of time to communicate with both us and the buyers and explained everything in detail and was even present during the bank valuation and building inspection to answer any of their questions.
