Just wanted to do a massive shout out to David Sullivan from One Percent property sales. Got our place sold in the first week it was listed, and managed to sort out a 2 week settlement! A seriously great agent with the absolute BEST attitude! Plus, literally saved us thousands of dollars compared to the others in fees.
