From the very beginning our agent, Aaron Lau was so welcoming, so informative in regards to how the company operated compared to regular agents, and how much we would benefit from using them...not to mention save so much money.......and it was all true. We could not have been happier with our whole experience with Aaron and Purple Bricks. He would always keep in contact with us and keep us in the loop. He was very responsive to anything we asked of him and genuinely cared about us and our needs, and always acted very professionally. He definitely looked after us and put in so much time and effort, and we could not speak highly enough of him and his input and ultimately, the sale of our house. We recently sold our family home on the Gold Coast via Purple Bricks. It was a refreshing no pressure experience and as the Purple Bricks agent for that region (Aaron Lau) was realistic, to the point and very down to earth every step of the way. He was also very open and honest in his dealings and did exactly what he said he would do, and did so with the minimum of fuss. After three open houses Aaron identified the serious contenders and in a short time was able to negotiate a price that we all very happy with. The contract was signed and legals seamlessly managed through Purple Brick's law firm, and all was completed on line. It was the most trouble free conveyance ever. At a total cost of $6000 to sold our family home of over thirty years and were very happy with the $18,000 to $20,000 commission we subsequently saved. Thank you Aaron Lau and his right hand person Rhianna for a splendid stress free sale of our family asset.

I decided to get Purplebricks to look at selling my home as I seen the advertising on television. The fee was very affordable so i booked an agent to come and explain the model as the other agents were going to charge me around $14000 to sell my home. The local expert from Purplebricks came out and explained how it works and contracted my home after only 2 weeks on the market at a price I was very happy with. Aaron Lau was very knowledgable about my area, achieved a great price, answered all my questions and was with me all the way to make sure the sale went as smooth as possible. Nothing was to much to ask and always returned my calls and followed up on all possible buyers. Aaron Lau Was my Agent. I had trialled a few, however aaron was the standout. A no nonsense approach with great follow ups. He kept up with all the changes/developments, and promptly advised/ informed me of them. This resulted in a fairly quickly contract, and an outcome that was great.
