Fortunately it wasn’t meant to be but Stuart quickly gave us the opportunity to view a house he had only just listed. We made an offer that day as the house ticked all the boxes. Stuart was a pleasure to deal with from both a vendor’s experience and from a buyers experience. He kept us informed of every detail as the sales progressed and got us an excellent offer on our place within 3 days of listing. We can not recommend Stuart enough for anyone wanting to sell in the Gladstone region. The added bonus was the drastically reduced commission he charges meaning we had the extra money to add to our buying budget.

Stuart was very accessible and the communication was excellent always returning phone calls , emails and messages promptly even after hours and over the weekend. I firmly believe their are two types of realestate agent and Stuart is definitely one of the best around by far with a great attitude and professionalism, being very knowledgeable and helpful the process of buying this property went smoothly and without a hitch. I recommend Stuart to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Gladstone area as he is up to date with the local market conditions and is very conscious of both the buyer and seller's needs, wants and concerns. We were incredibly pleased with Aaron as he guided us through our first home purchase.
