I can't recommend David highly enough. He is a consummate professional and also incredibly approachable. He sold our place swiftly for a great price, exceeding my expectations on both. If you are looking for someone that will go the extra mile to sell your place, definitely give David a call. You will not be disappointed.

We spoke with a number of agents before signing with David. In the end, we felt that David was a great agent and the best fit for us and he didn't fail to deliver. David was recommended to us from someone in the industry so we were confident with his experience. He was honest and genuine and we felt like he was always in our corner, providing advice and an honest opinion. We sold our home within the first week of it being on the market and what made it better was how easy David made the whole process. I'd be happy to use David as my agent in future sales!

My wife and I would highly recommend David to sell your property as he assisted us in the sale of our property in Redbank Plains in Ipswich. Living 1000km away in Mackay David made this process simple and stress free. From the very start he kept us in the loop and was fantastic with his communication and updates on how everything was going with the sale of the property. He also did all the liaising with the property manager as well taking another stress of our mind. From start to finish on the sale of the property David was professional ,diligent and went out of his way to make this a seamless process and we will be recommending him to anyone looking to sell there property in the Brisbane region.

We are thrilled with Aaron's professional and successful sale of our apartment. Aaron took time to really look closely through our apartment when he first came to list it. He listened to what we had to tell him and gave us great advice as to how to present and stage our property to achieve the best possible sale. Aaron considered the sale price carefully and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He has access to a wide range of technologies which kept us up to date with enquires, inspections and feedback. Aaron is an honest, open and most professional agent. Thank you Aaron. We will always recommend you to anyone we know who is looking to sell their property. Jan & Richard Grajczonek.

Just wanted to do a massive shout out to David Sullivan from One Percent property sales. Got our place sold in the first week it was listed, and managed to sort out a 2 week settlement! A seriously great agent with the absolute BEST attitude! Plus, literally saved us thousands of dollars compared to the others in fees. Do the sums, 1 percent commission compared to the usual 2.5 to 3 percent, on hundreds of thousands of dollars. Amazing! Thanks Dave! 👊👊👊👊🙂🙂🙂🙂

We found Aaron to be honest and genuine as he showed us through the property we eventually bought. He was not pushy and was working for the owners of the property, rather than seeking a sale at any cost. He was responsive to all our enquires and had the answers for us promptly. Aaron acts in a professional manner.
